Class schedule and/or Instructor is subject to change without notice. Instructors reserve the right to ask anyone entering a class more than 10 minutes late to engage in an alternative exercise. For your own safety, attendance for the class warm-up and cool-down is recommended.

***Non-members are permitted to take any group exercise class for $10 (payment is made at the front desk).  However, this may exceed the cost of a regular membership even if class is taken just once a week.

If you really enjoy your class as a guest, stop in to see a membership consultant on your way out to inquire about joining.
