Guidelines and Policies
Class schedule and/or Instructor is subject to change without notice. Instructors reserve the right to ask anyone entering a class more than 10 minutes late to engage in an alternative exercise. For your own safety, attendance for the class warm-up and cool-down is recommended.
***Non-members are permitted to take any group exercise class for $10 (payment is made at the front desk). However, this may exceed the cost of a regular membership even if class is taken just once a week.
If you really enjoy your class as a guest, stop in to see a membership consultant on your way out to inquire about joining.

Class Descriptions
Bike and Ball: 30 minutes of cycling
and 30 minutes of Strength training using the ball.
Body Tone: A blend of ballet tone, stretching, and gentle
strength training and core work
Boot camp Conditioning: A high energy
and intense class of cardio bursts, agility drills, and strength
training
Boxing Clinic: Learn boxing techniques (one on one) with
Golden Gloves Boxer Russell Davis
Cardio Kickboxing: A high intensity
kickboxing workout combining muscle sculpting, abdominal training,
and stretching.
Cardio dance and sculpt: This class combines your favorite cardio
hi/lo moves along with hip hop and African dance.
Hip Hop Funk: Cardio class using the moves and music of hip hop.
Fit for life: Designed to meet the needs of exercisers 55 years and over, these classes minimize impact, promote muscle strength, bone density, and improves flexibility and balance.
Meditation: Guided meditation to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and increase body awareness.
Muscle sculpt: A strength training class using a variety of equipment such as benches, dumbbells, stability balls, tubing, and body bars.
Zumba: Cardio workout using world music and draw from various dance styles such as meringue, salsa, belly dancing, and more.
Pilates: Strengthen and stretch the
abdomen and torso by solely using the strength of the body.
Presidential arms: Inspired by the fit and toned President
and First Lady, this class will focus on strengthening and defining
the shoulders and arms.
Anusura Yoga: A heart opening style of yoga that uses five
universal principles of alignment. Anusura's unique alignment system
is an essential fitness tool for the beginner and athlete alike.
Hatha Yoga: The focus is on the physical postures, breath, and mind. A blend of sustaining and repeating poses with poses that flow in sequence from one to another, following the breath.
Cycle/Yoga: 45 minutes of cycle followed by 45 minutes of flow yoga. May be taken separately.
Power Yoga: A flow yoga class with a little more intensity. A faster moving class building cardiovascular endurance as well as strength.
20/20/20: 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of weight training, 20 minutes of stretching.
